Reminders

Please be sure to check your child's supply of extra clothes. Many children are missing necessary items. Also bedding must be brought back to Day Care on the first day of your child's week of attendance. We do not have any extra bedding to lend.

Any messages for our staff regarding your child's day should be recorded on the notebook for parent messages. This is located on the bulletin board as you enter our room.

Kindergarten Readiness

Children need to understan the consequences of their actions and how their actions affect others. help your child learn that anger is a normal feeling, but it needs to be expressed in an appropriate way. A child's behavior is influenced by TV, movies, and video games. Monitor these activities closely.

Count together during your daily routine. Use different kinds of objects to measure things. Make picture cards that show different emotions. Give your child a choice about what to do today.

We will be waiting for kindergarten registration information, and we will inform you of registration dates and locations.

Valentines Day

Valentine day is February 12, and the children will be exchanging Valentine cards then.
